It automatically detects underweight and overweight products in real time and rejects non-conforming items to ensure packaging consistency, filling accuracy, and brand quality.
Equipped with a servo-driven conveyor, high-speed load cell, and vibration-resistant structure, the system maintains stable weighing performance even under fast line speeds commonly found in soda canning and bottling plants.

Utilizing high-sensitivity weighing sensors and high-speed processing algorithms, this function monitors the net content of soda cans, glass bottles, or PET bottles in real time to ensure they are within the set range, achieving precise weight control on high-speed production lines.
2. Automatic Rejection of Defective Products
Supports multiple rejection methods:
Air Jet: Suitable for lightweight aluminum cans.
Pusher: Suitable for medium-weight products such as PET bottles.
Flap/Drop Arm: Suitable for glass bottles or products requiring high stability.
Ensures stable removal of overweight or underweight products even at high speeds.
3. Multi-Stage Conveyor Positioning
Through inlet alignment, a steady-state weighing platform, and an outlet distribution structure, the function maintains the stability of cans/bottles as they pass through the weighing area, avoiding errors caused by shaking.
4. Touch Screen HMI
Color touch interface, user-friendly interface, supports English/Chinese, and allows for quick switching of weight parameters for different bottle/can sizes.
