It performs 100% individual capsule weighing, automatic classification, and high-speed rejection to ensure accurate dosage and consistent product quality. Equipped with a highly sensitive load cell and fast data acquisition technology, the system is compatible with gelatin capsules, HPMC vegetarian capsules, enteric capsules, pellet-filled capsules, and liquid-filled hard capsules ranging from size 000 to size 5.
The Capsule Weight Checker Machine accurately detects underweight, overweight, empty capsules, partially filled capsules, and other weight deviations in real time.
