Checkweigher with Dual Rejection System
■ Main Features
1.Underweight Products:
Cause: Missing components, insufficient fill, voids in packaging.
Action: Rejected by System 1. The first rejection mechanism activates to remove these underweight items.
2.Acceptable (Target Weight) Products:
Criteria: Weight falls within the pre-defined acceptable range around the target weight.
Action: No rejection mechanism is activated. The product continues unimpeded down the main conveyor.
3.Overweight Products:
Cause: Overfilling, presence of foreign materials, multiple products stuck together.
Action: Rejected by System 2. The second rejection mechanism, placed further down the line, activates to remove these overweight items.
