1. Dynamic Precision Weighing
During the product conveying process, high-precision weighing sensors and intelligent filtering algorithms collect weight data in real time and compare it with preset tolerances (e.g., 25kg ± 20g). The response time is ≤0.1 seconds, with no contact error.
2. Intelligent Automatic Rejection
After identifying overweight/underweight, empty bags, leaking bags, and other abnormal bags, a diversion/push plate device quickly rejects them, preventing defective products from entering the market. The reason for rejection and the time are recorded simultaneously.
3. Quick Switching Between Multiple Products
Supports preset parameters for 100 products, including target weight, tolerance, and rejection modes. Product switching is achieved directly by calling the menu, enabling non-stop switching and adapting to multi-SKU production.
4. Production Data Traceability
Automatically stores batch output, pass rate, and rejection statistics. Supports exporting reports to USB flash drive or connecting to a printer, meeting FDA, GMP, and other compliance requirements and customer audits.
5. Process Optimization Feedback
Provides weight trend analysis and statistical data (such as standard deviation and fluctuation range) to upstream packaging machines, adjusting feeding accuracy, reducing overfilling, and minimizing raw material loss.
6. Safety and Ease of Maintenance
Features protective railings on both sides, an emergency stop button, and audible and visual alarms; modular design allows for easy disassembly and cleaning of the conveyor belt and sensors, eliminating the need for professional personnel for routine maintenance.
