The Bottles In-line Checkweigher is an automatic dynamic weighing system designed for high-precision weight inspection of small plastic bottles and glass bottles on industrial production lines. It is suitable for pharmaceutical, food, beverage, cosmetic, chemical, and healthcare product packaging applications.
Installed directly into the existing conveyor production line, this automatic inline bottle checkweigher weighs each bottle individually without interrupting production. It continuously compares the measured weight with predefined target weight and tolerance limits, automatically identifying underweight and overweight products.
It can be integrated with bottle filling machines, capping machines, labeling machines, and other packaging equipment to create an efficient automated bottle inspection line.
The Weight Inspection System supports different bottle materials and formats, including lightweight plastic bottles, small glass medicine bottles, cosmetic bottles, and other compact containers. Conveyor dimensions, weighing ranges, inspection speeds, and rejection methods can be customized according to actual production requirements.
