A 5-lane Strip Checkweigher is a high-precision online dynamic weighing and sorting system specially designed for multi-lane strip packaging production lines. It is mainly used in pharmaceutical, food, daily chemical and other industries for real-time weight detection of small-dose strip products such as effervescent tablets, oral liquid strips, condiment strips, facial mask essences, and powder sachets.
Equipped with 5 independent high-speed weighing sensors and digital dynamic filtering technology, this equipment realizes synchronous weighing of five lanes without mutual interference. 5-Lane Strip Pack Checkweigher is made of SUS304 stainless steel, conforms to GMP, HACCP and FDA standards, and is equipped with a dustproof and windproof structure to ensure stable and accurate weighing in high-speed production environments.
