The SG-ZAB Rotary Bottle Checkweigher is a high-precision automatic weighing system designed for pharmaceutical bottles containing capsules, tablets, softgels, powders, and liquid products. Unlike conventional checkweighers, the SG-ZAB adopts an innovative dual-checkweigher net weight inspection system, ensuring highly accurate product weight verification regardless of bottle weight variation.
During production, Checkweigher A automatically measures the weight of each empty bottle (tare weight) before filling. The tare weight data is instantly transmitted to Checkweigher B through the control system. After filling, Checkweigher B measures the total weight of the finished bottle, automatically subtracts the stored tare weight, calculates the actual product net weight, and determines whether the filled quantity meets the preset tolerance. Bottles outside the acceptable weight range are automatically rejected without interrupting production.
This intelligent weighing technology effectively eliminates errors caused by bottle weight differences, significantly improving filling accuracy, reducing product giveaway, and ensuring compliance with GMP and pharmaceutical quality control requirements.
