Aluminum Foil Packaging Metal Detector is a specialized inline inspection system designed for products packaged in aluminum foil, aluminum composite film, or metallized materials. Unlike conventional balanced-coil metal detectors, aluminum foil packaging requires dedicated magnetic detection technology because conductive foil generates strong interference that can mask contaminant signals. Specialized systems therefore focus on reliably detecting ferrous metal contaminants within foil-wrapped products while minimizing false rejects.
The Inline Metal Detector is widely integrated into automatic packaging lines for aluminum foil pouches, blister packs, sachets, trays, cartons, and other foil-laminated products. Combined with conveyor transport, intelligent digital signal processing, automatic calibration, and high-speed reject devices, it provides continuous 100% inspection without interrupting production.
