Bags Checkweigher is an automatic in-line weighing system designed to verify the weight of individual bags, pouches, sachets, and flexible packages during continuous production. Using a high-precision load cell and dynamic weighing technology, the system weighs each bag while it moves on the conveyor without stopping the production line.
The Inline Bag Weight Inspection System continuously compares the measured weight with preset target, upper, and lower limits. Underweight and overweight bags can be automatically identified and rejected, helping manufacturers maintain consistent product weight, reduce product giveaway, and improve overall packaging quality.
